Open Enrollment & Training Policies

At Integrity Crane Training, we are committed to providing a gold-standard learning experience for every student, whether attending at our training hub in Vancleave, MS, or through our interactive virtual classroom. To maintain the integrity of our certification process, all sessions are held from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, and 100% attendance is strictly required. Because our curriculum is safety-critical, any student arriving late will be considered a no-show; they will be charged a $175 transfer fee and rescheduled for a later course date. To successfully receive credentials, students must complete the full duration of the course and achieve a passing score on the final examination.
Registration & Documentation
To secure your seat, payment is required at the time of registration unless a company Purchase Order has been provided. While fees are non-refundable, we offer a one-time transfer to a future date for a $175 fee, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before class. Additionally, please note that all registration documents are due three business days prior to the start of the course. Failure to submit these documents on time will result in an automatic transfer to a later course date. On the first day of class, every student must present a state-issued ID that matches their registration name for credential verification.
Candidate Standards
Safety and instructional integrity are our highest priorities. Consequently, all students must speak and understand English fluently, as this is a requirement for all courses unless a class is specifically designated for another language. Furthermore, we recognize that skill-building is a journey; therefore, students currently developing their field experience will be issued Apprentice Level credentials upon successful completion of the course and exam.
Virtual Classroom Requirements
To maintain the quality of our interactive digital environment, virtual students are held to the same professional standards as those in person. Participants must join from a quiet, private location using a laptop or desktop computer—the use of cell phones or tablets is strictly prohibited. To ensure engagement and proper proctoring, cameras and microphones must remain active for the entire duration of the class. Additionally, students must have real-time access to their own email accounts during the session to receive and submit secure testing credentials and evaluations.
